Slotmy Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using slotmy's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and slotmy ("Platform", "We") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the slotmy.bet domain. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the slotmy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the slotmy platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, smartphone, tablet, or mobile app. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to use this platform.

Account Creation, Eligibility and User Security

Registration and personal information

To access the full range of slotmy services, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account termination.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

Account security responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. slotmy shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence. Users are required to notify slotmy immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their account.

Payment, Transaction and Currency Rules

Currency and payment methods

All transactions on the slotmy platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. slotmy reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit and withdrawal conditions

Deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawals are processed subject to the minimum limits set and may require identity verification (KYC) prior to the first withdrawal or under certain circumstances. slotmy reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious transactions are detected.

Transaction errors

Should any technical error result in an incorrect credit or debit to a user's account, slotmy reserves the right to correct the error without requiring the user's consent. Any winnings credited as a result of a system error are not considered valid and may be reversed.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use the slotmy platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slotmy platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, misconduct, or manipulation of the gaming system.
  • Sharing your account login details with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the security systems or infrastructure of the slotmy platform.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the slotmy platform to other users.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and legal action where warranted.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Platform liability limits

Slotmy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses incurred by users in connection with their use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. slotmy's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual property

All content on the slotmy platform, including designs, graphics, logos, text, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of slotmy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from slotmy.

Account suspension and closure

Slotmy reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed justified by slotmy. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach are not entitled to recover any unclaimed promotions or bonuses. For accounts closed for reasons other than a breach, any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

Third-Party Links, Amendments & Governing Law

Third-party links and services

The slotmy platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, or business partners. slotmy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's terms and privacy policy before using their services.

Amendments to terms

Slotmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
